Submitting a reservation does not guarantee purchase until DG Timepieces confirms availability, pricing, and any verification steps. Availability can change until confirmation.

An order becomes binding on the terms presented at confirmation (subject to payment and fulfillment). Until then, DG Timepieces may decline or propose alternatives.

Refunds and cancellations depend in part on payment status, transaction stage, verification outcomes, and applicable agreements. Authorized captures may follow processor timelines.

Customers wishing to cancel should contact concierge immediately. Whether a cancellation is possible without penalty depends on how far fulfillment has progressed and whether third-party costs were incurred.

Sellers who cannot complete a confirmed sale must notify DG Timepieces without delay. Repeated cancellations may affect listing privileges and payouts.

If a watch is found to be misrepresented, counterfeit, unavailable, or legally problematic, DG Timepieces may cancel the order and take appropriate action, including account sanctions and cooperation with authorities where permitted.
