By accessing or using the DG Timepieces website, mobile experience, or related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
About DG Timepieces
DG Timepieces operates a luxury watch marketplace and concierge-style platform. We facilitate connections between buyers, collectors, and sellers; curate listings; and may assist with reservations, orders, and inquiries. DG Timepieces is not a bank, escrow agent, or law firm unless separately agreed in writing.
User Accounts
You may need an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized use. DG Timepieces may refuse registration, limit features, or close accounts that violate these terms or pose risk to the community.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for accurate contact details, shipping or meeting instructions where applicable, and timely communication. You agree not to misuse the Platform, harass others, or attempt to circumvent verification or payment processes.
Agent/Seller Responsibilities
Agents and sellers listing watches through DG Timepieces must comply with our seller rules, approval workflow, and authenticity standards. Listings may be admin-owned or submitted by agents/sellers; agent listings may require DG Timepieces review and approval before public display.
Watch Listings
Listings are invitations to inquire or transact subject to confirmation. Descriptions, images, and prices are provided by DG Timepieces or sellers as applicable. DG Timepieces may edit, remove, or hide listings that are inaccurate, incomplete, non-compliant, or harmful to buyers or the brand.
Reservations and Orders
Submitting a reservation or order request does not guarantee purchase until DG Timepieces confirms availability, pricing, and any verification steps. Availability can change until confirmation.
Pricing and Availability
Prices may be updated before confirmation. Currency display does not override the final amount agreed at checkout or by concierge confirmation. Watch availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by DG Timepieces.
Payment Terms
Payment methods and timing will follow checkout or concierge instructions. A payment gateway may process payments; additional terms from that provider may apply. All transactions are subject to verification.
Verification and Authenticity
DG Timepieces may perform reasonable checks on listings, parties, and transactions. We do not warrant that every watch has been physically inspected unless expressly stated for a specific listing. Buyers and sellers remain responsible for due diligence appropriate to high-value goods.
Prohibited Activities
You must not use the Platform to:
- List or sell counterfeit, stolen, or misrepresented watches
- Circumvent fees, taxes, or DG Timepieces policies
- Engage in fraud, market manipulation, or abusive conduct
- Scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the Platform except as allowed by law
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DG Timepieces and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, arising from use of the Platform. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
Account Suspension or Termination
DG Timepieces may suspend or terminate accounts, remove listings, or reject transactions if we detect fraud, suspicious activity, policy violations, or risk to buyers, sellers, or the business.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where law requires additional notice or consent.
