Agent / Seller Agreement

Agents and sellers must be legally able to enter contracts in their jurisdiction, provide truthful registration information, and meet any additional criteria DG Timepieces communicates during onboarding.

Your seller or agent account is personal or business-use as registered. You are responsible for activity under your credentials and for keeping your profile accurate.

Sellers and agents may submit watches for inclusion on the Platform. Submissions must include accurate details, condition, inclusions, serial or reference information where applicable, and clear photos. DG Timepieces may request additional documentation.

DG Timepieces must approve agent listings before they appear publicly, where our workflow applies. We may reject, queue, or request revision of any submission without owing a reason beyond operational needs and policy compliance.

You warrant that listing information is materially accurate and updated when circumstances change. Misleading titles, pricing, or condition descriptions are prohibited.

You confirm you own the watch or have legal authority to sell it. Counterfeit, stolen, encumbered, or misrepresented watches are prohibited. DG Timepieces may involve law enforcement or third parties where permitted by law.

Listings that violate law, infringe rights, impersonate others, or undermine buyer trust are prohibited. DG Timepieces may remove any listing at its discretion.

You agree to respond to buyer and admin inquiries in good faith, honor confirmed transactions per Platform rules, and cooperate with authenticity or compliance checks.

For successful agent/seller transactions as defined in our Commission and Payout Policy, you agree that DG Timepieces earns a 10% commission on the applicable sale amount and that your payout is 90% after successful sale, subject to payment confirmation, dispute checks, and admin payout approval. Payout status may be pending, processing, paid, held, cancelled, or not applicable as shown in your dashboard or communications.

Once a sale is confirmed, you will follow DG Timepieces instructions for handover, documentation, or shipping as applicable. Failure to perform may affect payouts and account standing.

Parties should first work with DG Timepieces concierge in good faith. Nothing in this MVP template limits mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.

DG Timepieces may suspend listings or accounts for suspected fraud, policy breaches, buyer complaints, or operational risk.

Either party may cease using the Platform; DG Timepieces may terminate seller access with notice where practicable. Surviving obligations (e.g., completed sales, records) continue as required by law or policy.
